Elmslie Memorial United Church

We are located in the centre of George Town, Grand Cayman. Elmslie is one of the oldest and predominate churches in the Cayman Islands. Our church is part of the United Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands (UCJCI), which is centred around Jesus Christ, the Head of our Church and our Lord and Saviour.

We follow the vision statement of the United Church: “Touching Lives, Nurturing Disciples, Seeking Transformation through Christ”.

Our vision and mission are to provide a Godly worship experience and building the faith of our people across all generation and backgrounds. Our church is a place of celebration, exuberance and joy; where people love God with all their hearts, souls and minds and are devoted to prayer. Our people love each other and are devoted to fellowship and reaching out in love to their neighbours to fulfill the great commission.

The Holy Bible is our source of authority and we believe in the Holy Trinity – God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Our ministries are centred around the Word of God, which was inspired by God and it is the truth without any mixture of error and is completely relevant to our daily lives.
